The Laho ship, which once proudly sailed from the port of Portorož, is no longer in operation today and remains only a part of the rich history and memories of the Slovenian coast. Built in 1903 in the Netherlands, this historic ship survived for more than a century and in recent decades became an icon of coastal tourism before setting sail on its final journey to be scrapped at the end of 2025. Nevertheless, its spirit and the memories it created live on.

Of course, there were also toilets on board, which ensured complete comfort during the several-hour excursion. According to guests, the crew, which consisted of the captain, sailor, chef and waiters, was always extremely friendly, helpful and "with their hearts in the matter", which significantly contributed to the positive experience.

The core of the offer was, of course, the food, which was prepared fresh, directly on the ship. This was a major logistical feat and at the same time one of the greatest advantages. The aromas of the grill spread across the deck during the voyage, creating an authentic Mediterranean atmosphere. Although the menu was not extensive, it focused on quality and freshness.
